Woodlands Civils Ltd is a civil engineering and surveying company founded in 2024 by Mathew Kirby, who brings over ten years of experience in site engineering and surveying services. 

Based in the North East, we operate across the UK, from Birmingham to the Scottish Borders, providing a fast, efficient, and personal service tailored to each project. We're known for our flexibility, transparent pricing, and willingness to work around demanding programmes to get the job done right. 

We collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil contractors, land developers, and private clients, holding all relevant CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid qualifications. Our experience includes major infrastructure projects such as the SeAH Wind Monopile project in Middlesbrough.
